Mark Henderson Mark G. Henderson- CEO

Mark has more than thirty-seven years of experience in high-technology, commercial, government and industrial construction. Mark has applied experience in piping trades, project management and estimating. Since becoming CEO in 1990, he has successfully expanded JBH from a small family business to four offices throughout New Mexico and Colorado. He is an influential leader with intrinsic talent for conceptualizing and communicating vision, identifying and resolving problems, fostering consensus and cohesion for achievement of common goals. As corporate president, Mark utilizes his broad background to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Mark has crafted a corporate vision that coupled with his leadership strategy, has accelerated the growth of the company to prominent status among general contractors in New Mexico. In addition, Mark served as the President of the NM Building Branch of the Associated General Contractors and President of the NM Mechanical Contractors Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors of these associations. Currently, he is the chairman of the NM MCA Workers Compensation, Self Funded Group, and is an active member of the Central NM United Way Campaign Cabinet, Construction Division, and was appointed by the governor to the Worker's Compensation Advisory Council.

Rob Biedermann

Rob Biedermann-President / Chief Operating Officer

Rob brings many years of diverse construction and operations management experience to JB Henderson. Prior to joining JB Henderson as the Chief Operating Officer, Rob managed a large mechanical contractor in Phoenix, Arizona as its Vice President and General Manager. Rob served in various positions with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers over twelve years with his final assignment overseeing construction and contract management for the U.S Air Force at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida. Additionally, he managed military, personnel and construction operations in Southwest Asia, Germany, Central America and the United States. Rob serves as a trustee on the New Mexico Laborer's Training Apprenticeship Fund and as a panelist on the National Joint Adjustment Board for the sheet metal industry. He holds a BS in Heavy Construction and an MS in Construction Management from Arizona State University.

Linda Henderson

Linda Henderson-Secretary/Treasurer

J.B. Henderson was Linda's first office job after graduating from high school. Years later, while working for a certified public accountant, JBH became one of her clients. Linda has been part of the JBH leadership team since 1982. As Secretary/Treasurer, Linda is responsible for oversight of financial statements and all company accounting policies. She has over twenty years of construction accounting experience.

 

Doian Atwater

Dorian Atwater-Vice-President, Albuquerque Area Manager

Dorian has been with Henderson since 1984. His experience includes commercial and industrial plumbing, steam and condensate piping, ultra-high purity piping, natural and compressed gas. Dorian has served as a Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager at Henderson. He currently oversees operations in the Albuquerque Area.

John Roberts

John Robertson-Vice-President

John has been with Henderson since 1994, has 29 years of mechanical experience and holds a journeyman-plumbing license. John initially served as JBH's Mechanical Piping Estimator and was promoted to an Area Manager in October of 1996.He now serves as Vice-President. John's project experience includes commercial, industrial and semi-conductor projects. He has led Henderson teams on projects for the National Laboratories, hospitals and nuclear facilities.

Dan Troy

Dan Troy-Chief Financial Officer

Prior to his position as CFO, Dan spent 8 years as the Controller for JB Henderson. Dan began his career in public accounting after graduating from New Mexico State University. Dan directs and oversees all the financial activities of the corporation including the management of the accounting and information technology departments. His duties also include budget, audits, strategic direction of departments, tax compliance and business insurance relations. In November of 2007, Dan was named one of the Top Performing CFO’s by New Mexico Business Weekly based on his overall financial strategy, crisis management and civic involvement.
