Departmental ContactsAlbuquerque Area - Dorian Atwater
Dorian has been with Henderson since 1984. His experience includes commercial and industrial plumbing, steam and condensate piping, ultra-high purity piping, natural and compressed gas. Dorian has served as a Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager at Henderson. He currently oversees operations in the Albuquerque Area.

Colorado Area - Stan Stanford
As the Colorado Springs Area Manager, Stan brings experience in HVAC systems, high purity and process treatment systems for high-tech and microelectronics manufacturing firms. Stan is responsible for the direction and oversight of designated staff and functions including resource management, fiscal responsibility, office administration, and project control. He is also responsible to ensure complete internal and external customer satisfaction is achieved. Stan’s responsibilities also include participation in the development of the enterprises strategic direction plan and implementation, and business development initiatives.
Northern New Mexico Area - Bart Davis
Bart has been in the construction industry since 1978, serving 20 of those with JBH. His tenure with the company began as a laborer, followed by a full apprenticeship in the mechanical piping trades. He has extensive experience in clean room mechanical work and high purity piping systems, performing projects for local semiconductor manufacturing entities and both of New Mexico's National Laboratories. In addition, Bart also has substantial experience in the construction and retrofit of nuclear facilities. Bart is presently the Northern New Mexico Area Manager, providing oversight and guidance on all projects for the National Laboratories and other clients within the area.
Rio Rancho Area - Bruce Moore
Bruce has extensive experience managing multi-million dollar projects. He has participated in all levels of projects from foreman to estimator to senior project manager. The majority of Bruce's experience comes from work with a large semiconductor manufacturer in Arizona and New Mexico. Bruce has knowledge in process mechanical, electrical, and high purity gas system installation. He is also knowledgeable in administrative functions such as budgeting and manpower tracking.
Strategic Project Office/Marketing - Maria Guy
Maria has been with JBH for over eleven years. She has a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of New Mexico and a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Maria is responsible for the management of the JBH Strategic Project Office (SPO) whose primary objective is to improve organizational performance by identifying and removing obstacles faced by those in managerial and supervisory positions directly involved with construction. Maria is also responsible for all JBH marketing efforts.
Estimating Manager - Jason Lermuseaux
Jason is an experienced journeyman, foreman, superintendent and estimator. As a foreman and superintendent Jason was responsible for resource allocations between projects, as required to ensure overall construction schedules, specifications, and budget requirements were achieved. His ability to master those skills has lead to his current position as Estimating Manager. As Estimating Manager Jason is responsible for management and coordination of mechanical, architectural and general contracting estimates in support of JBH operations in Albuquerque, Los Alamos, Rio Rancho, Colorado Springs and Utah. Jason also manages estimating pre-construction through close-out services on Design Build and non-traditional delivery method projects.
Safety - Kerry Soileau
Kerry has extensive experience in all areas of safety such as risk management, safety training, and assisting employers with creating site-specific safety programs. Kerry is an experienced mediator, with provided risk management services that include safety visits, and also teaches for the OSHA Institute. Kerry's main focus at JBH is to control risk exposure due to accidents/incidents.
Controller - Charlie Watson
Charlie joined JBHCC in 2002 with the acquisition of Davis & Associates. Charlie brings fifteen years of accounting, finance, payroll, insurance and a variety of other construction related experience through his years of combined service. Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of New Mexico. Charlie's Controller duties include, financial statement preparation activities, handling of external audits, overseeing the job activities of the Payroll and Accounting Administrators, and leading the revenue/expense analysis.
