Arizona - Mark G. Henderson

Mark has more than 40 years of experience in high technology, commercial, government and industrial construction. Mark has applied experience in mechanical and architectural construction, project management, marketing, and estimating functions. Since becoming President/CEO in 1990, he has successfully expanded JBHCC from a small family business to five offices throughout New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona. He is an influential leader with intrinsic talent for conceptualizing and communicating vision, identifying and resolving problems, fostering consensus and cohesion for achievement of common goals. As President/CEO, Mark utilizes his broad background to ensure customer and employee satisfaction. Mark has crafted a corporate vision that coupled with his leadership strategy, has accelerated the growth of the company to prominent status among general contractors in New Mexico.

Albuquerque Area - Dorian Atwater

Dorian has over 39 years of construction experience including general and mechanical contracting. He is a trained plumber/pipefitter with experience in commercial and industrial plumbing, steam and condensate piping, ultra-high purity piping, natural and compressed gases. At JBH, Dorian has served as superintendent, estimator, project manager and currently as the VP, Albuquerque Area Manager where he oversees the administration of general and mechanical work in the Albuquerque Area including work at Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque Public Schools and the University of New Mexico.  Dorian is responsible for the direct supervision of area project managers including oversight of as many as 15 concurrent projects. Dorian is ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of his area’s projects and their overall contribution to the profit of the company. Dorian is also responsible to ensure administrative and field compliance with JBH policies and procedures as directed by our quality management system, The Compass.

Corporate Support/Controller - Charlie Watson

Charlie joined JBHCC in 2002 with the acquisition of Davis & Associates. Charlie brings twenty years of accounting, finance, payroll, insurance and a variety of other construction related experience through his years of combined service. Charlie holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of New Mexico. Charlie's Controller duties include, financial statement preparation activities, handling of external audits, overseeing the job activities of the Payroll and Accounting Administrators, and leading the revenue/expense analysis.

Detailing/Fabrication Manager - Scott Molleur

Scott is responsible for the overall management of the on-site Pipe and Sheet Metal Fabrication (Fab) Shops including their compliance with all safety and quality requirements. He is directly responsible for the management of shop quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and effective employee direction including management of administrative, detailing and field personnel. Additionally, Scott manages the detailing department supporting various construction projects for JBH microelectronic and government clients throughout NM and AZ.

Environmental Health & Safety Manager - Barbara Spitz

Barbara is an experienced construction safety professional who has worked for some of the most highly regulated customers in the industry. She is responsible for the safety management of JBH employees from new hire through project completion and has successfully provided safety services for numerous construction projects spanning varied market sectors including commercial, government, and industrial. She has received the Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) from OSHA, specific to the Construction Industry.

Estimating Manager - Darrin Putman

Darrin is accountable for the direction, leadership and oversight of the estimating staff including HVAC, process and traditional piping and architectural scopes as related to the bid process, in support of all corporate offices. Additionally, Darrin assists with the enterprise strategic plan and implementation including business development initiatives for existing and potential clients. Darrin also holds mechanical contracting licenses in NM and AZ.

Human Resource Manager - Aaron Armijo

Aaron is responsible for the recruitment, hiring and continued support of all JBH administrative and field employees including management of the full scope of human resource activities to include initial employment processes, compensation, training coordination, employee evaluation, benefits and employee relations. Additionally, Aaron monitors company compliance with all HR related federal, state and local laws as they relate to direct administrative hiring practices and coordination with local unions for employment.

Information Technology Systems Manager - Adam Wagner

Adam is responsible for the JBH shared computer network spanning NM, CO and AZ in addition to various site and remote offices throughout company operations. He is directly responsible for the management and maintenance of overall network configuration, administration and operation of the computer and telephone system hardware to ensure streamlined operations throughout all administrative offices and remote communication to field personnel. Additionally, Adam is responsible for the functionality of all construction specific software including Primavera, AutoCad, TSI, Timberline and Viewpoint.

Operations Support - Maria Guy

Maria has a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of New Mexico and a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Maria is responsible for the management of JBH Operations Support departments including Project Controls, Marketing, Quality, Tools & Equipment, Detailing, and our on-site Pipe and Sheet Metal Fabrication Facilities. The underlying objective of the Operations Support structure is to improve organizational performance by identifying and removing obstacles faced by those in managerial and supervisory positions directly involved with construction.

Quality Manager - Lawrence Quintana

Lawrence is accountable for all Nuclear Quality (NQA-1) construction projects company-wide. Lawrence has 27 years of quality experience and is retired from the University of California where he ensured quality compliance on construction projects directly for Los Alamos National Laboratory. Lawrence is an experienced auditor and construction inspector, holding multiple inspection certifications in addition to his qualifications as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor.  Lawrence is responsible for ensuring the NQA-1 compliance of JBHCC construction projects and pipe fabrication operations.

Northern New Mexico Area - Bart Davis

Bart’s tenure with JBH began as a laborer, followed by a full apprenticeship in the mechanical trades. He has extensive experience in clean room mechanical work and high purity piping systems, performing projects for local semiconductor manufacturing entities and the Department of Energy including both of New Mexico’s National Laboratories. In addition Bart has substantial experience in the construction and retrofit of nuclear facilities. Bart is presently the Vice President and NNM Area Manger providing oversight and guidance on all projects for JBH Albuquerque and Northern New Mexico projects.

Rio Rancho Office - John Stroud

John is responsible for overall management of the JBH Rio Rancho office, exclusively serving the local microelectronics industry. John is an experienced project manager, specializing in architectural and mechanical construction projects ranging in value from $5-$15 million. John received his BS in Construction Engineering from the University of New Mexico in 1996 and his Journeyman Plumber/Pipefitter license from Local Union 412 that same year. John is the qualifying party for JBH mechanical licenses in New Mexico and Colorado.
