Our in-house facilities enable us to create unique fabrications to meet your needs while maintaining firm control over the quality and productivity of each piece.
J. B. Henderson Construction fabricates and installs pipe as a mechanical contractor and subcontractor. We are familiar with the installation of basic plumbing systems as well as complex industrial piping systems. We also provide our expertise to customers under sustaining contracts to keep their plants running smoothly.
Featured Project
Our Ft. Collins Crew had a tall order to fill for one of our long-time customers. They were given four (4) weeks to laterally install 600 feet of process chilled H2O pipe and 600 feet of 3 1/2" oil free air pipe, four (4) supply and return lines and three (3) OFA mains. The customer had a time critical need for this construction and specifically requested JBH to do the job. They were aware of the difficulty involved with schedule constraints and difficult demands.
The challenges were great but the Ft. Collins crew and the Pipe Fabrication Shop coordinated to make the execution a success. Through excellent pre-planning, the crew was able to forward the requirements to the Pipe Fabrication Shop in record time. The pipe was fabricated over the four (4) week schedule. As the Fabrication Shop was finished with a load of pipe it was hauled to Ft. Collins. This is a 12 hour round trip - it was made three (3) times in 4 weeks. Once in Ft. Collins, the Denver local 208 Plumbers and Pipefitters installed the pipe. The technical skill of the fabricators, the management to keep it all organized the quality of the installation, and the focus and dedication of all involved impressed the customer and exceed their expectations.
