Featured Project

High Tech JBH was given a large order to fill mid-year in 2006. We were contracted to install all PSSS bulk chemical and bulk gas systems and the associated delivery systems for a new plant of one of our long time customers. The chemical systems consisted of 10,000-20,000 gallon Bulk tanks, bulk delivery units which fed a chemical distribution unit which in turn fed laterals all over the facility of the semi-conductor plant in Lehi, UT. There was wide range of different materials used including PVDF, Teflon, SS tubing, carbon steel pipe and double containment piping. Jointing processes included PVDF welding, orbital welding, tig welding and socket fusion cement. The bulk gas delivery systems consisted of NF3, NH3, SiH4, H2 and N2O. JBH installed all the bulk delivery systems and piping into the building from bunkers located away from the primary building. The entire area of operation was about 200,000 sf. This work was done in a record eight months to meet our customer's very aggressive schedule. Our customer met the dates and has started to produce an excellent yield and product ahead of schedule.
