Featured Project
The JBH Rio Rancho building was a design-build project of approximately 4000 square feet of office space and 6000 square feet of fabrication/warehouse space located just north of the campus of a large microelectronics manufacturer off Stephanie Road in Rio Rancho. The two-story building has 3 separate lease spaces with a large outside fenced storage yard. Building construction consists of a metal column and beam superstructure with a combination of split face masonry and stucco exterior. A large second floor balcony provides views of the Rio Grande Valley below. The entire building including the warehouse is subdivided into multiple under slab radiant heat zones with rooftop HVAC units providing the cooling.
